Terms & Condition
1. Items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable once they are sold to our respective clients.
2. Refunds will only be given if the item is out of stock.
3. If an item you want is not on site, contact us via email.
4. Do note that it will take approximately 2-4 weeks after the batch ends to receive the items.
5. There is a possibility that the orders might be delayed.
6. The order will only be carried out after the payments have been made and verified.
7. Orders will be ignored if payment are not made.
8. We are not responsible for any loss of item in the midst of delivery, hence we strongly advise shoppers to opt for registered mail.
FAQ
How long does it takes for me to receive my item?
It usually takes 2 -4 weeks for the item to reach you. Delays are possible.
What if I do not have a ATM card/Bank account to make my payment?
You can always use POSB Cash Deposit Machines to transfer the payment into my account.
